Absentee Policy *

During our programs, if students are missing or unresponsive for a total of more than eight (8) days after repeated efforts from staff and mentors to connect, we reserve the right to remove them from the program barring extreme circumstances or previous acknowledgement. If a student withdraws from the program after the first lecture or workshop, they are not entitled to a refund for the program. Individual cases can be discussed for extreme circumstances, such as personal health, family emergency, etc.
