National Poetry Writing Month: Mixtape #4

Another mixtape for National Poetry Writing Month!

Hope everyone is well during this stressful time of year. In putting together this mixtape, I was trying to think about the role of family, grief, boundary & movement in (queer) forms of desire. I think these poems do incredible work on those topics; hope you can take the necessary time to contemplate these works. Beautiful people, beautiful poems.

This mixtape includes work by Alfredo Aguilar, Rosebud Ben-Oni, Louise Glück, Ladan Osman, Vievee Francis, Chase Berggrun, Charif Shanahan, Shakthi Shrima & many others.

To love as resistance but not always

the way back.
